153.13 RECORD OF ALLOWANCE TO JURORS; CERTIFICATION TO AUDITOR.
   The Clerk of any Court upon which juries are in attendance shall, under the direction of the Court, make an entry upon its minutes stating separately the amount which each juror is entitled to receive out of the City Treasury for services or attendance during the term and the Clerk of any Court upon which juries are in attendance, if directed by the Court, shall at any time during the term and under the direction of the Court, make an entry upon its minutes stating separately the amount which each juror is entitled to received out of the City Treasury for service or attendance during the term. It is the duty of the Clerk, as soon as practicable after adjournment of the Court, to transmit to the City Recorder certified copies of all orders under this section making allowances payable out of the City Treasury.
