A Municipal Court Jury shall be selected for trial on the 3rd Tuesday of each month hereafter beginning at 7:00, p.m., or at such other time as the Judge of the Municipal Court for the City shall direct and said jury shall serve, when called upon to do so, as the sole finder of fact on said day and for such succeeding days as the Judge of the Municipal Court may direct.
