(a) Minimum lot size - 2000 sq. ft.; gas station and drive-in uses - 10,000 sq. ft.
(b) Minimum lot width-20 feet; gas station and drive-in uses- 120 sq. ft.
(c) Maximum lot coverage - no requirement.
(d) Maximum building or structure height - limit 50 ft.
(e) Minimum distance between structures - 8 feet or must meet the required fire rating or separation by the WV State Fire or Building Code.
