The City may hereby declare the maintenance of a public nuisance to be unlawful and the violation of any provision of this article or other local ordinance pertaining to health and sanitation or any other act, acts, or conditions declared by the City to be unsanitary, hazardous or detrimental to life, health or welfare of the public shall constitute a nuisance to the public.
