Owner/Tenant is sent a certified letter, making them aware that a complaint has been received. Owner/Tenant has 5 Business Days from receipt of the letter to clean the litter, rubbish or garbage. After 5 Days, an inspection will occur and if the problem has not been corrected, the
City reserves the right to clean up the area with all expenses chargeable to and paid by the owner of such property. A lien may be filed against the real estate if not paid. A citation may be issued for the offense charged by the City and findings shall be reported to the appropriate Federal, State or County Agency for other related offenses.  (Ord. 6-26-17.)
