1119.07 GARBAGE FACILITIES.
   The owner of every dwelling shall supply one of the following:
   (a)    An approved food waste grinder in each dwelling unit.
   (b)    Approved leak-proof containers with close fitting covers for each dwelling unit.
   (c)    An approved sanitary dumpster with cover available to all occupants for each dwelling unit. (Ord. 6-26-17.)
