Discarded or unused appliances not in operation shall be disposed of properly or stored within an enclosed building with a locked door. Refrigerator doors shall be removed when stored if not disposed of immediately. It shall be unlawful to store unused or discarded appliances outdoors, or on decks or porches, which are not enclosed.
