911.03 INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION.
   (a)    This article is to be interpreted and applied consistent with the West Virginia Statewide Addressing and Mapping System.
   (b)   The Coordinator for the City of Summersville shall make any necessary application to the Statewide Addressing and Mapping Board for a waiver, or for local modifications of the Statewide Addressing and Mapping System.
