The City Recorder may, with the approval of the Mayor, appoint not more than two agents for the entire City for the collection of delinquent taxes; delinquent license taxes and all penalties so collected shall be, by the City Recorder, deposited to the credit of the City General Fund. The salary of every such agent appointed shall be determined by the City Recorder by and with the approval of the Mayor. (Passed 9-14-09.
