711.18 NOTICE OF DELINQUENT LIST TO CITY COUNCIL; RETENTION.

A copy of each published delinquent list shall be provided to City Council of Summersville not later than the first regular meeting of the City Council after the publication. A copy of the delinquent list shall be retained by the City Recorder or his/her designee for a period not less than three (3) years per West Virginia Code §8-13-27.
