711.01 SHORT TITLE.

This article shall be known as the "City of Summersville Business and Occupation Tax Ordinance". This is the revised Business and Occupation Tax Ordinance of the City of Summersville and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. (Passed 2-27-17.)
