527.08 ENFORCEMENT.

(a) Any person who violates any portion of this article shall receive a verbal order to cease or abate the noise immediately or within a reasonable time period. If any person fails to comply with a verbal order and the police officer must return, a citation may be issued for disturbance of the peace as per Article 509, Disorderly Conduct and Peace Disturbance.
