139.43 PAYMENT OF CITY OBLIGATIONS.
   While all City employees are expected to promptly satisfy all their financial obligations, it is mandatory that obligations to the City for services rendered be paid in a timely fashion and remain current. City Employees represent the entire City Administration and are therefore held to a higher standard of conduct than other citizens. Any employee failing to meet and keep current any City obligation, including water bill, sewer bill, fire fees or any other services obtained from the City shall be deemed guilty of gross misconduct and may be suspended or terminated from employment at the discretion of the Mayor.
