139.40 CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

The COS requires all employees to notify the Mayor in writing whenever they become aware of a possible conflict of interest. Any employee who willfully fails to fully disclose any known conflict of interest shall be subject to disciplinary procedures up to and including termination from employment.
