Formal Education
Applicants to, or employees of, the COS shall bear sole responsibility of having or obtaining formal education or training to qualify for employment or continued employment.
Outside Training
COS acknowledges the need to allow opportunities for employees to update skills, knowledge and abilities by attending professional seminars and workshops. The Mayor will accept proposals from employees to attend such training.
