Employees separating from COS are paid for all hours worked and for vacation earned but not taken as of the last day worked. Payment of amounts due separating employees are made as follows:
• An employee who involuntarily terminates his or her employment with COS is paid all wages earned within seventy-two (72) hours of the termination
• An employee who voluntarily terminates his or her employment with COS is paid all wages earned no later than the next regularly scheduled payday following the last day worked by the employee.
• In the unfortunate event of an employee's death, COS will pay all wages earned no later than the next regularly scheduled payday following the last day worked by the employee.
