All of the following items need to be submitted for plan review and permit approval prior to construction as follows;
(a) Completed application for building permit form.
(b) Sketch Plan indicating a lay-out of the proposed salvage yard, building locations, use and size of structures, equipment to be installed, stream location, size of property, parking, loading and road lay-out, and other details such as electrical, water, sewage, mechanical, fire hydrants or other details.
(c) Building plans or specifications, materials list, equipment list and use of structures.
