741.07 SET-BACK REQUIRED.

New salvage yards shall not be constructed less than one thousand feet from an existing residential dwelling, primary, secondary or interstate highway as per West Virginia Code 17-23-4. This set-back shall be located and marked by a licensed surveyor for fence placement. (Ord. 7-25-16.)
