EDITOR’S NOTE: On February 24, 2014 Council enacted an ordinance adopting Chapter 10 from the 2009 Edition of the International Zoning Code, (Sign Regulations) regulating and governing the development, erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, demolition, conversion, use, height, area, and maintenance of all buildings, structures and lots in the jurisdiction of the City of Summersville; providing for the issuance of all required permits, other ordinances and parts of other ordinances in conflict therewith. Copies of the ordinance are on file in the City of Summersville Recorders Office.
