§ 54.07 PLACEMENT OF GARBAGE CANS AND RUBBISH.
   Garbage and rubbish shall be placed for pick up in a location adjacent to the public right-of-way (curbside) so as to allow safe operation of city equipment. In no case shall any garbage truck be required to use any private driveway in collecting garbage and rubbish.
