§ 54.01 COMMISSION MAY ADOPT SYSTEM FOR COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.
   The City Commission shall have the power and duty to provide for the removal of garbage and rubbish by the system outlined in this chapter or by developing a separate licensing procedure.
