§ 155.096 USES PERMITTED.
   Property and buildings in an R-3 Multi-Family Residential District shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (A)   Any use permitted and as regulated in R-1 and R-2 Districts; and
   (B)   Multi-family dwelling units.
