§ 130.41 SMOKING IN PUBLIC OR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT PROHIBITED.
   (A)    No person may smoke tobacco or carry any lighted tobacco product in any public place or place of employment.
   (B)   A violation of this section is a petty offense.
