§ 71.080 STOPPING IN ALLEYS AND PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS.
   Any driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway.
