(A) The operation of vehicles, other than emergency vehicles and vehicles making local deliveries to residents of the borough, and all borough vehicles or borough subcontractors performing any type of work within the borough limits having a weight in excess of 15 tons is prohibited on all streets and alleys in the borough.
(B) Official signs setting forth the restrictions set forth in division (A) above shall be erected and maintained in accordance with § 4902(d) of the Vehicle Code, being 75 Pa.CS. §§ 101 et seq.
