§ 70.07 LIGHTS AND SOUND SIGNALS.
   (A)   All vehicles shall be equipped with lights and sound signals as prescribed by law. A driver of a vehicle carrying bright lights shall dim them when approaching or overtaking another vehicle.
   (B)   All sound signals are prohibited, except for necessary warning.
