§ 70.05 VEHICLES STANDING IN STREETS.
   (A)   A vehicle shall not stand within any portion of a street for a longer period of time than that designated by signs erected on said street by said borough, nor shall a vehicle stand within ten feet of a fire hydrant.
   (B)   A vehicle shall not stand so as to prevent free passages of other vehicles in both directions at the same time.
