(A) Residential “underground” property owner to pay for all materials up-front. The borough will specify conduit size required.
(B) Residential service will give 125 feet overhead at no cost to property owner. Anything thereafter (additional footage), the property owner will need to pay for material and costs.
(C) The borough will pay for the supplies and labor on the first 125 feet.
(D) The property owner agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this resolution.
