§ 52.18 REASONS TO SHUT OFF SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY.

   The borough, through its Electric Department, hereby reserves the right to shut off the supply of electricity for any of the following reasons:

   (A)   For repairs;

   (B)   For want of supply;

   (C)   For non-payment of bill when due;

   (D)   For fraudulent representation in relation to consumption of electric light or power; and/or

   (E)   For violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of the contract with the subscriber.
