(A) All persons using electrical energy shall maintain their equipment in such manner and shall provide such auxiliary devices as may be necessary so as to prevent interference with radio or other communication signals, and to prevent undue fluctuation of load resulting in flickering lights or other disturbance.
(B) The borough’s Electric Department may refuse to serve or continue to serve premises wherein the requirements of this section are not carried out.
