§ 52.14 INTERFERENCE WITH EQUIPMENT.
   No person shall wilfully and intentionally interfere with or molest in any way the wires or equipment of the borough, over or by which the borough furnishes or intends to furnish electric current to any of its subscribers or to the street lights operated by it.
