No person shall have electric current turned on or used in any new building or in any building hereafter wired for electricity unless and until all the electric wiring in such building shall first have been inspected and approved in writing by the Middle Department Association of Fire Underwriters and proof of such inspection and approval shall have been exhibited to the borough’s Electric Department.
