§ 52.11 NUMBER OF SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   The borough shall not install more than one power service or more than one lighting service at any one building, except where two or more separate and distinct subscribers occupy the same premises, unless authorized by the borough agents due to extenuating circumstances.
