(A) With the exception of metering equipment, the borough’s service equipment shall, in ordinary installations, terminate at the service bracket attached to the building.
(B) The subscriber shall pay for, install, and maintain all inside work, including wiring, cutouts, fixtures, sockets, and lamps.
