§ 52.06 REPAIRS TO DAMAGED PROPERTY.
   If any of the property of the borough upon the premises of any subscriber or consumer becomes damaged in a manner other than by normal usage or act of God, the cost of inspection, repairs, or replacement of such damaged property, or any part thereof, shall be paid by the subscriber or consumer.
