§ 52.04 LOCATION OF SERVICE CONNECTION.
   The location of the service connection shall be as designated by the borough, and the subscriber shall provide, free of expense to the borough, a suitable place satisfactory to the borough for installation of transformers, meters, and other equipment of the borough which may be necessary for the supply of electric service contracted for.
