(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) In addition to any penalty hereinabove prescribed, any person or persons failing to make a proper connection within the time specified after due notice, shall be subject to prosecution in accordance with the state’s Rules of Criminal Procedure for the enforcement of summary offenses. Upon conviction of same, said person shall pay a fine not to exceed $1,000 and may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days. Each day or portion thereof for which said violation is found to exist shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
(2) Any person or persons violating any other provision of §§ 51.01 to 51.08 (other than a failure to connect) shall be prosecuted as hereinbefore set forth and, upon conviction, shall pay a fine not to exceed $300 and may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days in the county jail. Each day or portion thereof for which said violation is found to exist shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of § 51.27 shall, upon conviction thereof by summary proceedings, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $300 and costs, and in default of said fine and costs to undergo imprisonment in the county prison for a period not in excess of 30 days.
