§ 32.015 TAX RATE.
    A tax is hereby levied on all real property within the borough subject to taxation as follows. Tax rate for general purposes, the sum of 3.75 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, or the sum of $0.75 on each $100 of assessed valuation.
