(A) Pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S. § 3301.5, the codification of all ordinances of a permanent and general nature for Summerhill Borough, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as revised, codified, rearranged, renumbered, and consolidated into component codes, titles, chapters, and sections, are approved, adopted, ordained, and enacted as a single ordinance of Summerhill Borough and shall be known and designated as Summerhill Borough Code, for which designation “code of ordinances”, “codified ordinances”, or “code” may be substituted.
(B) Code title, chapter, and section headings do not constitute any part of the law as contained in the code.
