§ 31.03 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN.
   The borough’s Emergency Operations Plan has been developed to outline basic operations and procedures to be implemented in the event of an incident either human-made or natural that requires a coordinated response and is hereby adopted by the borough.
