§ 30.35 MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.
   The adoption of this subchapter shall be authority for the Volunteer Fire Company to enter into mutual aid with any other volunteer fire company. Any firefighter or ambulance personnel engaged in acts of mutual aid authorized by an officer or other predesignated person of the Volunteer Fire Company actually in charge of the situation shall have the explicit authority of the borough to so act.
