§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, or 90 days in the county jail, or both such fine and imprisonment.
   (B)   If said parent, guardian, or person having the legal custody of such person under the age of 16 years shall again allow him or her to be on said streets, alleys, parks, or public places in violation of § 130.01, said parent, guardian, or person having the legal custody of such person under the age of 16 years, so offending shall, upon conviction thereof before a Justice of the Peace, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $5, nor less than $1 and costs, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than five days at the discretion of the Justice of the Peace, and a like fine or imprisonment shall be imposed upon any person aiding or abetting in the violation of the intent and purpose of this subchapter.
