§ 93.05 PORCHES, STEPS, AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS.
   No porches, steps, or any other obstructions of any character whatsoever shall be placed or erected on the sidewalks or pavements on any street or alley in the said borough after the passage of this chapter; neither shall any porches, steps, or other obstructions now erected be enlarged after the passage of this chapter.
