SCHEDULE I. PARKING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   Parking is hereby prohibited on the following streets between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 9:00 a.m. during the period from December 1 to April 1:
         (a)   West side of Main Street from a point where said Main Street intersects Railroad Street and extending thence in a northwesterly direction to the right-of-way of Penn Central Railroad;
         (b)   West side of Jackson Street from the intersection of Jackson Street with Main Street and extending thence north to the borough line;
         (c)   West side of Main Street from a point opposite the Borough Fire Hall thence in a northerly direction to New Germany Road; and
         (d)   West side of New Germany Road (Legislative Route No. 11025) from its intersection with Main Street thence in a northerly direction to the borough line.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of division (A)(1) above shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than two days.
   (B)   Parking shall be prohibited at all times in the following locations: both sides of Madison Street from Main Street to the westerly terminus of Madison Street.
   (C)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on Madison Avenue or Elm Street at any time. Said area is hereby designated as a no parking street and shall be posted as such by the borough.
      (2)   Any person who violates division (C)(1) above shall be guilty of an offense and shall pay a fine to the borough of $25. The borough shall, at its discretion, provide for the towing of any vehicle from Madison Avenue or Elm Street and all costs of same shall be paid by the violator.
   (D)   (1)   Parking shall be prohibited on the following designated streets from November 15 through April 15 from a period of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of providing snow removal:
         (a)   Bridge Street;
         (b)   Dibert Street;
         (c)   First Avenue;
         (d)   Hill Street;
         (e)   Main Street;
         (f)   Market Street;
         (g)   Mill Street;
         (h)   Second Avenue;
         (i)   Spring Street;
         (j)   Station Street; and
         (k)   Wendroth Avenue.
      (2)   Parking changes on Spring Street and Second Avenue:
         (a)   No parking on either side of Spring Street (east and west) from New Germany Road to Second Avenue; and
         (b)   Parking will commence on the west side of Spring Street from Second Avenue to the top.
   (E)   (1)   Motor vehicles parking on Wendroth Avenue, Mill Street, and Portage Lane are prohibited as of the effective date of this amendment. No vehicle shall be permitted to park on either side of the aforesaid Wendroth Avenue, Mill Street, and Portage Lane under penalty of law.
      (2)   Any person who shall park a vehicle on said street or portion thereof shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to a fine in accordance with Title 75 of the state’s Motor Vehicle Code, being 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 101 et seq.
