(A) One-way streets established. The following is established as a one-way street: Wendroth Avenue from Croyle Street to Laurel Street vehicular traffic to move both eastbound and westbound directions, and Wendroth Avenue from Orchard Street to Main Street vehicular traffic to move in an eastbound direction only.
(B) Penalty. Any person who shall operate a vehicle on said street or portion thereof hereby established as a one-way street other than in the direction established hereby for vehicular traffic thereon shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of penalties in accordance with Title 75 of the state’s Motor Vehicle Code, being 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 101 et seq.
