§ 36.101 PUBLIC INSPECTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS.
   The following information relative to employees and former employees is available for public inspection at reasonable times and in accordance with such procedures as the Personnel Committee may prescribe: name; address; and class (job) title. Examination records, performance rating reports and salary are accessible only to the department head concerned, the Personnel Committee and the employee involved. Other personnel information may be made available for official purposes at the discretion of Town Council, but in compliance with all state and federal freedom of information acts.
