§ 36.005 CONFERENCES ON PERSONNEL MATTERS COMMITTEE.
   (A)   A department head or supervisor shall confer with the Town Administrator regarding any and all matters relating to personnel.
   (B)   The Administrator shall confer with Council Committee Chairpersons regarding matters of personnel relating to any such Council Committee.
   (C)   The Administrator shall confer with the Town Council regarding matters relating to personnel.
