§ 36.004 DELEGATION OF RESPONSIBILITY OF TOWN COUNCIL.
   The Council, at its discretion, may delegate all or any part of any responsibility conferred upon it pursuant to this chapter and other ordinances of the town and the state law relating to hiring, complaints, discipline and discharge of employees to the Personnel Committee.
