§ 36.002 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERSONNEL COMMITTEE.
   The Personnel Committee shall have the responsibility for the administration of the town personnel program and procedures, based on the personnel policies established by the Town Council in this chapter and in the town’s Personnel Handbook. The Personnel Committee shall consist of the Town Administrator, the Mayor, and the Chairman of the Administration Committee.
