§ 36.001 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERSONNEL POLICIES.
    The Town Council shall be responsible for establishing personnel policies. In accordance with the performance of this responsibility, the Town Council hereby adopts the town’s Personnel Handbook appended to Ord. 2023-01. A copy of the Personnel Handbook is available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk during normal business hours. The Town Council may amend the Personnel Handbook from time to time by resolution of Town Council in meeting duly assembled.
